We have monthly meetings, at which there is a demonstration of an aspect of turning, presented either by one of the country's top turners or by a member. We have excellent close circuit video equipment which allows the audience a good close up view. We also sometimes operate a 'hands on' day where members and visitors are encouraged to come along and do some turning or receive help.
We have about a hundred members, which include all levels of experience from those who are just beginning to those who make their living by turning.
They travel from Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire, Surrey and West London as well as Middlesex.
